Project Description

Two buildings, two elevators each. Due to chronic elevator reliability and lack of reliable technical support, the strata elected to replace the elevator control system. Also replaced were the geared machines that were installed at the limit of their ability to serve the speed and capacity they were asked to.

This is a very busy building and losing even one elevator creates a massive impact on the building operation. We were able to get this work done in an extremely short window of time, based on planning and execution of the work.

Project Description
Travel Extension and Modernization. We helped our client increase the travel of two elevators and, at the same time, replace the aging elevator controllers. This project involved interfacing with many different sub consultants and trades and ended up with a successful result.
