Completed in 2020, Steeplechase includes one (1) buried hydraulic and two (2) basement traction elevators across three (3) residential buildings. Apex assessed the existing elevator equipment and reported a recommended scope of work, budget, and schedule for an upgrade. We worked with the Strata’s Elevator Committee to finalize the scope of work and engage contractors for the project. We provided field reviews and meeting minutes throughout construction and conducted completions at the end of the project.
