This 16-storey high-rise residential building for independent low-income seniors is equipped with two (2) overhead traction elevators installed with fire service. Apex was involved from the initial survey through to completion, providing project management and coordination services (including electrical, fire alarm, hazardous materials abatement) throughout the project. This project required unique care as one of the two elevators was not operational before the modernization was started. The project was completed on an expedited schedule in 2020.
