This 25-storey residential building is equipped with three (3) overhead traction elevators. Apex was involved in design, working with the Owner on the final scope, procurement of and negotiation with Contractors, project management, coordination with TSBC, and completion inspections. We sub-consulted the electrical work associated with the fire alarm upgrade and modernization on the Owner’s behalf. The modernization scope included the replacement of the elevator controllers, machines, door equipment and fixtures. The project was completed in late 2022.
