Ridge Park Gardens is a low-rise residential Strata building with one (1) elevator. In 2019 Apex surveyed the hydraulic elevator and provided Owners with a condition assessment report that included capital planning recommendations. A modernization was recommended in approx. 4 years given the type and condition of existing equipment. In 2022 the Owners were ready to pursue a modernization and Apex provided an updated budget, final scope of work, and prepared specifications and an RFP package for contractor pricing. This modernization was completed in 2023 including the controller, tank, control valve, wiring, door systems, fixtures, and cab interior.
