Maillardville Community Centre project features a machine room-less traction elevator. This elevator system is engineered to provide efficient access between one level of underground parking and two above-grade levels, ensuring seamless movement within the facility. Our involvement commenced from the project's inception, encompassing a detailed capacity analysis to ensure the elevator would meet the centre's traffic needs effectively. We also led the design development and schematic design phases, laying the groundwork for a system that aligns with the architectural vision and operational requirements of the centre.

Throughout the project, we maintained a hands-on approach, conducting shop drawing reviews, regular site visits, allowing us to monitor progress, address any challenges in real-time, and ensure the highest quality standards were upheld. The project culminated in a completion inspection, affirming the elevator's readiness and safety for operational use.
