Completed in 2022, Apex assisted with the modernization of Burnaby Hospital’s Elevators 7 and 8. Apex assessed the existing elevator equipment and reported a recommended scope of work, budget, and schedule for an upgrade. We worked with the Owners to finalize the scope of work and engage contractors for the project. We provided field reviews and meeting minutes throughout the construction period and conducted completion inspections at the end of the project to ensure the modernization work was completed as per the specifications.
Since 2013, Apex Elevator Consulting Inc. has been providing comprehensive elevator consulting services, including assessments, modernizations, new equipment, and additional services, to stratas, engineers, developers, and property managers throughout BC, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and further, upon request.
