Britannia Place features one (1) buried hydraulic elevator. In 2023 Apex assessed the existing elevator equipment and reported a recommended scope of work, budget, and schedule for an upgrade. Subsequently we assisted the Owner in engaging related trades for the elevator modernization and the associated electrical/mechanical work and to review shop drawings. Throughout construction we completed field reviews, meetings/minutes, and coordinated between the related trades to keep the project on schedule.
