This 22-storey residential building is equipped with three (3) overhead traction elevators. Apex was involved from the initial survey through to completion, providing project management and electrical coordination services throughout construction. The modernization scope included the replacement of the major electrical, mechanical and elevator components for long-term reliability. The project was completed in 2022. In 2024, Apex worked with Concert to develop a new cab interior design and this scope of work is being pursued summer 2024.
