This 13-storey residential building is equipped with one (1) overhead traction elevator. Apex was involved in design, working with the Owner on the final scope, procurement of contractors, project management, and completion inspection. We coordinated the electrical and craning work associated with the modernization on the Owner’s behalf. The modernization scope included the replacement of the elevator controller, machine, door equipment, fixtures, and upgrading the car interior. The project was completed in 2022.
