Our goal has always been and remains to assist people with their elevator questions by providing custom solutions and answers to their specific elevator needs. At APEX, we have Professional Engineers and Certified Elevator Inspectors available, supported by a dedicated support staff who are always ready to tackle any challenges that arise on the jobsite. APEX offers detailed but clear elevator reports and project management services to a variety of clients, including but not limited to building owners, strata and condomiumum boards, architects, and developers.
At Apex, it is about quality, not quantity. When we prepare our report to provide a condition assessment of your elevator, we will provide a report that is specific to your elevators. Our quality programs start with a quality survey based on checklists created from our experiences on previous surveys. This checklist is continuously being improved to keep up with the latest technology and codes, as well as the knowledge we have gained from our experiences. Our reports are based directly from the quality survey and our end product shows that.
We believe in continuing our education and are always seeking to expand our knowledge base for elevators by attending industry related seminars, participating on elevator subcommittees (such as with EGBC/AIBC), and through our in-house training program.
While the feedback from our clients is awesome, we are not satisfied by staying the same and are always in a state of continuous improvement.

His commitment to safety and quality work drives his team at APEX to stay updated with the latest technologies, providing the most customized solutions. Michael is a believer in win-win scenarios, leader to his team and a devoted husband and father to three. Outside of the office, he stays active by engaging in activities like hockey, biking, and wake surfing.
James has over 15 years of experience in the vertical transportation industry spanning across Canada with a primary focus on the BC Market. He has extensive experience in all areas of the vertical transportation industry including modernization and new construction design and field services. Additionally, James has a focus of providing engineering services to clients that involves analyzing issues and providing a detailed, well designed solution that can be implemented in cost conservative and expeditious manner. James has sat on committees for EGBC and Technical Safety BC for code adoptions and industry advisors.
Scott has been the Business Manager at Apex Elevator since 2020. He manages business development, accounting, and internal IT projects, ensuring robust support for the Apex consulting team. With a strong foundation in Business Management, project coordination, and over 10 years of management experience, Scott is committed to optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction. If not working at his computer Scott is soaking up the sun in the summer and curling in the winter.
Monika is the HR and Accounting Coordinator here at APEX. Monika ensures that everything is running smoothly behind the scenes and is dedicated to ensuring nothing gets missed.
