In the event that an elevator has a large number of shut downs for an extended period of time, it is important to note that the system cannot be fixed with one maintenance visit. At Apex Elevator, our team will review the shutdown history and assess the elevator equipment in order to come up with reliable solutions for improving elevator reliability. 30 to 40 days after providing our solutions to the building stakeholders, our team will re-examine the shut downs to determine if additional changes can be made to improve elevator reliability.
