COVID-19 Update

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop, Apex Elevator Consulting Inc. would like to assure you about the steps being taken by our Firm in light of Provincial health authorities’ notice of best practices to help limit the risk of transmission, protect clients, as well as to ensure the health and safety of our staff.  At the same time, our Firm is committed to ensuring that the delivery of professional services to you will remain a top priority.

Our office will remain operational during normal working hours to the best of our ability, however access to the office will be limited.  At this time, Apex Elevator Consulting Inc. will conduct all meetings with clients by conference call or online video connection where appropriate.  We are currently suspending all in-person meetings.

We will be taking visits, elevator reviews and other on-site work on a case by case basis and will respect all protocols set out in any building where we have been requested to work. We will likewise respect all social distancing recommended by the Province.

We have the technology and software and internal protocols in place to ensure that our staff can work remotely and we are implementing this process immediately.  In an abundance of caution, to limit the spread of infection, all clients and visitors to Apex Elevator Consulting Inc. are asked to personally not attend our offices and to delay where possible deliveries that may require a physical signature.

We are also taking further precautions regarding cleaning protocols both within our office as well as with our fieldwork locations.  We will be contacting our clients with whom we have scheduled site visits to discuss these arrangements individually.
